Лиценца за Средства

Сва средства (HDRI-ови, текстуре и 3D модели) на овом сајту су оригинални радови особља Poly Haven-а, или уметника који вољно и директно донирају/продају своје радове Poly Haven-у.

Сва наша средства су лиценцирана као CC0, што је ефективно Јавни Домен чак и у јурисдикцијама које не подржавају Јавни Домен.

Once the creator or a subsequent owner of a work applies CC0 to a work, the work is no longer his or hers in any meaningful sense under copyright law. Зашто CC0?

Верујемо да су предности коришћења ове лиценце веће од очигледних недостатака за нас као предузеће.

Да, могуће је да неетички корисници могу (и раде) да препродају наш рад за сопствени профит, по цену несвесних купаца који нису знали да купују садржај који овде могу да добију бесплатно.

Али оно што 3D индустрија у целини добија тиме што је наш рад тако слободно доступан је немерљиво

3D уметност је такође само врх леденог брега, чули смо од бројних дата научника, програмера софтвера, аутомобилских инжењера и истраживача вештачке интелигенције, који користе наша средства у свом раду, како једноставно не би било могуће са још рестриктивнијим (чак и са отвореним кодом) лиценцама.

Генерално немамо ништа против Ауторских-права, ми једноставно верујемо да можемо учинити више добра у свету пружајући што је могуће више слободе.

Although our assets are shared under the CC0 license, and our code is open source, we maintain a standard Terms of Service agreement to prevent any misuse of this website (polyhaven.com).
